Director of Data Operations and Applications

I oversee all of our data clients at TRG Arts and work to provide them with the best service. These clients have contracted with us to analyze data about their patrons, and learn all sorts of things that inform their cultivation and marketing strategies. 

How my career has evolved

I got into the arts through dance and music growing up. I’ve been surrounded by the arts my entire life. I was studying dance in college and began to be interested in the business side of things. I worked at Pennsylvania Ballet where I merged the two together in the marketing department. I was introduced to TRG there; I really liked the smart approach of the consultants that I was working with. 

What I enjoy most about my work 
The environment at TRG is one of passionate, like-minded folks gathering together to solve the problems of the arts admin world—and doing it well. I really enjoy working with all of our clients, who are so smart, each in their own way. Being able to learn from them is just as inspiring as the knowledge I’m able to impart. 

Why I love the arts 

Everything! It’s the inspiration behind what I do every day. It drives me to work harder at my job and to look for creative outlets outside work. It’s the source of imagination and curiosity for me—and for society. I love the sense of community that’s brought about when artists come together. Whether you’re an observer or participant, there’s shared community and meaning in experiencing art.
